Lifting Patios with Polyurethane Foam
Lifting sunken patios with polyurethane foam is quick, effective and less invasive than traditional concrete raising methods known as Mudjacking or Slabjacking. One penny-size hole is drilled through each sunken slab and one of our liquid polyurethane foams is injected under the slab leveling and stabilizing the patio while stabilizing the underlying soils. Failing to fix a patio slab that has negative drainage towards your home can cause expensive repairs to your block foundation.
Patio Lifting Cost
The cost for lifting patios with polyurethane foam is typically 50% cheaper than re-pouring. Where access is limited, PolyTech can gain access with over 200 feet of hose length.
